VII - SUPPORT
--------------

For additional information, please refer to the "RollerCoaster Tycoon2: Time Twister" or the "RollerCoaster Tycoon2" manual.

VIII - KNOWN ISSUES
------------------------------

Many of these issues are related to the performance of RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 and are not defects with RollerCoaster Tycoon 2: Time Twisters. In addition, if you have RollerCoaster Tycoon 2: Wacky Worlds expansion pack installed, you may experience some performance issues related to the other expansion pack that are not related to this expansion pack. Consult the README.TXT file accompanying RollerCoaster Tycoon 2: Wacky Worlds for more information.

Some coasters may show a different number of cars available in the color menu than are actually available on the ride. This will not affect the performance of the game.

In some scenarios, the Sky Tower Ride may also serve as a transport ride from one location to another e.g. from the base of a cliff to the top.

Maintenance workers will need to be placed inside their "patrol" regions once the region is set for them to stay in the region.

Some rides have locked colors, even though the paint option is not disabled. This will not affect the performance of the game.

Some trees may remain even after using the demolish scenery tool.

Some landscape in some scenarios may not be altered.

The Six Flags tracks cannot be saved or modified. When you view one you will notice the save icon will not be enabled.

If you are experiencing any sound issues, try toggling the 'Forced Software Buffer Mixing' option on the game's main options window. This option may relieve sound interference.

When creating a scenario and setting the objective to "Number of Guests" there will also be an automatic objective of keeping the park rating above a certain number.

When using the scenario editor and setting the objective to "# of roller coasters," an objective of keeping the excitement value of the coasters above a certain number will automatically be added.

When demolishing a pre-made ride that includes scenery, some of that scenery may remain. This will not affect the performance of the game.

In Windows XP there may be a small graphical corruption when viewing the dialog boxes. This will not affect the performance of the game.

The ride, Dinghy Slide is listed under Water Rides even though the ride does not involve water. This will not affect the performance of the game.

Occasionally you may experience unexpected results when loading a scenario you created using the RollerCoster Tycoon 2 scenario editor that includes rides and scenery from RollerCoaster Tycoon 2: Time Twister or other expansion packs.

On some track rides, the cars may not appear until the ride has been opened and in some cases the cars disappear as you change the number of rides but reappear when you open the ride again. This will not affect the performance of the game.

The support pylons for tracks with tight turns on some rides may appear to be off center. This will not affect the performance of the game.

Some rides have entrances that are raised above the ground requiring you to build a ramp from the ground to the rides entrance. Consult the manual for RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 for instructions on how to create ramp walkways.

In some rare circumstances, a few rides that allow you to customize the track layout have downward slope track sections that permit you to enable a tow chain option. This will not affect the performance of the game.

Some scenery is too tall to fit within the scenery selection screen. However, when placed in a park, the scenery will be completely displayed. This will not affect the performance of the game.

When entering the text for some signs, you may enter more text than can be displayed on the sign. This will not affect the performance of the game.

Some rides allow you to add ramped tracks that are too high.

Some rides or attractions may appear more than once in the attraction selection screen. This will not affect the performance of the game.

Some rides in the ride selection screen may be too large to fit within the available park space.

Some pre-made hanging coasters do not change their operating modes even though that option has been selected. This will not affect the performance of the game.

Some rides allow the passenger compartment to exceed safe speeds and breakdown each time the ride is opened. Re-edit the ride so the cars maintain a safe speed.

In some rare occasions, the option to buy land may appear on the menu when there is no land to buy. This will not affect the performance of the game.
